The Lockup

Due to the continued absence of bowlers on our green, Fleur McCrae thought we could get a competition going among all the members of the bowling club, to send in their suggestions to NAME THE SHED (pictured). A prize for the winner and a plaque will be erected on the shed.

The competition was conducted over a couple of months with 20 suggestions from our members.

Margaret Duckett and Joan Simkin assisted Fleur in deciding the winner . . . and the winner is . . . Doris Nesbit who came up with the suggestion ‘The Lockup’.

Doris was presented with her prize of a dead chook and a bottle of wine.
